Tribute: Movie Showtimes App Reviews

If you dont permit location services, you have to pick your city every time the app loads up. For one who mostly goes to the same theatre, its better to set an icon on your home screen that links to the Tribute site listings for your favourite theatre. Other than that, it is a nice little package with every link, review, trailer, and Facebook integration at your fingertip. •Al•

App doesnt list all available theatres

Gives you everything you need for the movies .. well except the Popcorn! I like the review section where I can see what other people say about the movies.

The program looks good but didnt have the theatre closest to me in its list. Famous Players is big enough that it should include all their theatres. The theatre is new but replaced one using the same name and location so dont know why it was omitted. Hopefully they will have an update soon.

tribute has much better canadian listings than other apps and for me crashes a lot less. I like watching the trailers - they load really quickly, and the movie reviews are helpful

Fastest movie search out there. Trailers are the highest quality Ive ever seen. I am already extremely impressed and cannot wait to see further updates!

It gets stuck easily and shuts down unexpectedly otherwise then its pretty good. Its just frustrating when Im browsing and it sticks and then 30 seconds later it just turns off by itself *sigh* they should fix that.

Would love a favorite theatres browsing function.

could maybe put up a favorites section so you dont have to click on a theater every time

You may want to think of adding the Nations capital into "popular Canadian cities." Really pathetic Ottawa isnt on the list......... DELETED.....

They should incorporate a contests section in the app.

Hard to see, clunky to use. Dont waste your time and effort, go for the Cineplex app instead. There is also a small screen version of Cineplex - might be worth checking out...

This is not the greatest app in the world. This is just a Tribute. Anyone who gets it gets a cookie.

This would be gret except for the fact that it wont show anythin in my city, even when I entered my postal code. Im glad I didnt pay for it. Dont waste your time unless you live in one of the popular cities.

Used to work fine, now cant get my location. Hope its fixed soon...
